I have been in the mortgage industry for over 8 years focusing on the needs of his clients and designing mortgages to suit their lifestyles. I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Business Administration and have worked as a Banker, Broker, and Financial Advisor in the local community. I pride myself on my ability to develop a financial plan for my clients that meet their needs for equity accumulation, tax savings, retirement, college planning, and real estate investing which are all centered around the purposeful design of their mortgage.
I know that my clients’ homes are typically their largest asset as well as their mortgage being their largest debt. Knowing this, I advise my clients on how to utilize their home to maximize their cash flow, tax savings, and investments so that their homes become a financial tool to achieve their dreams while living there rather than being idle until sold in the future. I am supported by my Loan Production Manager, Kathleen Mitchell, who ensures that all loans are closed on time and who manages the tracking and relationships with the industry partners involved in the loan process. Lynn Reifert is my Processor who ensures quality control in submitting loan packages that are accurate and packaged correctly to specific lender guidelines. It is the primary goal of this team to achieve 100% Client Satisfaction and it is this goal that ensures that every one of our clients needs are met and exceeded.
